Dates: October 2-4 and 9-11, 2026
First Weekend:
Friday, October 2nd, 5pm - 9pm
Saturday, October 3rd, 8am - 6pm
Sunday, October 4th, 1:30pm - 9:30pm
Second Weekend:
Friday, October 9th, 5pm - 9pm
Saturday, October 10th, 8am - 6pm
Sunday, October 11th, 1:30pm - 9:30pm
Please Note: You must attend both weekends to complete the 40 hours of education required to take the Alaska Real Estate Exam.

This course includes 40 hours of in-class instruction and real estate exam practice with a certified real estate instructor, plus access to a versatile website with thousands of test questions for at-home study. Students must attend all classes in order to complete state required hours.
